I wanted to
take the time to thank you for making such a
difference in my home! Its certainly went
from a house to a home. I love it and my
family does as well.
I am in awe of how easy it was for you to
move some furniture, add plants, mix up
accessories and BAM a totally warm, inviting
new space.
Matchin picture frames, gold woods in one
area and darker woods elsewhere made a huge
difference. Grouping of similar things in an
odd number made areas look more polished and
put together.
Your suggestion to add a mirror over the
sideboard turned a plain wall into something
very special. Now the area just glows!
The thought of shopping within my own home
was novel but the results were phenomenal.
Your fees are so reasonable compared to
purchasing another 'wrong sofa', it makes me
feel quite smug.
One thing that struck me during this process
was how much “stuff” had
accumulated in my home, hand me downs, gifts
and things I thought I could use. It was
amazing how much of it I really didn't like.
The time I spent with you allowed me to
define my style and find new homes for those
things. Watch out for Christmas re-gifts!!!
Two stores that helped immensely with keeping
costs down and quality up were Howell's Home
and Floral, just over the I-205 bridge and
Consignments NorthWest off Western Boulevard
in Beaverton. The latter is a high quality
gently used furniture store.
